Review:

I loved Forever My Girl the first Beaumont book by Heidi McLaughlin, so I was anxiously awaiting the release of My Unexpected Forever. I was so excited to see it delivered to my Kindle over the weekend! I finally started reading it around 9pm last night and finished at 2am, so thank you very much Ms. McLaughlin for my book hangover today (although this hangover was well worth the yawns and extra coffee I will need to make it through my work day).

The Beaumont series does not have to be read in order, however I recommend reading Forever My Girl first (and at the time of this post is on sale for the STEAL price of .99- Click here to order on Amazon). The characters from Forever My Girl are an integral part of this story and if you have read the first book you will love them even more so now and it makes this book even more special.

Harrison, oh Harrison, he may just be the most lovable hero I have ever read. He is seriously perfect in my eyes (however imperfect- (depending on who's judging), he may look on the outside. Of all the books I have read and I read a lot of books, he is the first hero in a long while that I could truly picture myself falling in love with in real life! He is strong, thoughtful, loving, compassionate and caring, with a slight bad boy edge. He understands that Katelyn is grieving and he works so hard to give her the space she needs for closure however much it might hurt him to watch her from afar. His bond with her twins is heartwarming. I just seriously love this man! Katelyn may not think he is her type, but if she can get over her predisposed notions she might just discover he is exactly the type of man she needs, the type of man that will love and cherish her and her girls the rest of her days.

I give this book 5 STARS and HIGHLY recommend you read this series. It is a wonderful escape to a reality where the bad boy rockers, aren't so bad deep down, in fact they are pretty awesome men! I can't wait for what comes next!
